Stu explained that this was a teaching psalm answering the question "Why do wicked people seem to succeed while those that try to do good get nowhere?" and addressing the "it's not fair" attitude. Stu suggested that the answer to this issue was in four keys words within the psalm: TRUST (v3); DELIGHT (v4); COMMIT (v5) and REST (v7)
